Pages turned into images lose selectable/searchable text. Off by default.
Add at least one page to create a file.
How to use
- Add photos or PDFs. The first files go into “Group 1”; create more groups such as ID documents, Degrees or Portrait photo.
- In each group, arrange pages: drag and drop or use ◀ ▶, rotate, crop photos, delete (with undo).
- Set the output for each group: one PDF or separate images, file name, page size and size limit.
- Press “Create document file”, review each group’s checklist under “Check & download”, then download files or a ZIP.
Current limits
- Up to 20 files, 50 MB in total and 100 pages per session (being benchmarked).
- Supports JPG, PNG and PDF; WebP, AVIF, GIF and BMP images are converted to JPG/PNG automatically. HEIC photos (iPhone) convert only in browsers with a built-in decoder (recent Safari). Word/Excel are not supported yet.
- Password-protected PDF: enter the password right in the notice to unlock it on your device and carry on.
- Reloading the page ends the session — PDF Tool Plus does not store your documents.
Frequently asked questions
Can each group have different requirements?
Yes. For example, degrees as one PDF under 2 MB and photos as JPGs under 500 KB. Each group gets its own checklist.
Do edits change my original files?
No. Originals stay unchanged in the session; results are always new files.
Why are there no ads on this page?
The workspace holds your documents, so no third-party ads are placed here.
