Tools

Use each tool on its own, or prepare a whole document set in groups in one place.

Prepare a whole document setSplit documents into groups, each with its own requirement — e.g. degrees as one PDF under 2 MB, a portrait as JPG under 500 KB — then download each file or everything as a ZIP.Start

Three steps

  1. Add documents

JPG, PNG or PDF — drop many files at once, from a computer or a phone.

  2. Arrange and set requirements

Reorder, rotate, crop and delete pages; choose format, page size and size limit.

  3. Check and download

Review a checklist based on the real output file, then download each file or the whole set.

Typical needs

Your files stay on your device

PDF Tool Plus reads, merges, compresses and converts files with your own browser. Documents are not sent to a server, no account is needed, and the session is cleared when you press “Clear session” or close the page.

Honest about limits

Not every PDF can be compressed to any size. When a limit is not met you see the real size and ways to adjust — never a fake “success”.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The tools process files with JavaScript, Web Workers and WebAssembly inside your browser; you can even go offline after the page loads. The only exception is “Word, Excel, PowerPoint to PDF”: it exists only when enabled and sends a file only after you tick consent — the file is deleted from the server as soon as it is converted.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the page and use it right away.

Does PDF Tool Plus guarantee my application will be accepted?

No. The site only checks the technical requirements you enter (format, size, page count, image dimensions). The recipient sets the actual rules.

How is 1 MB counted?

In the checker, 1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes and 1 KB = 1,000 bytes. If the recipient counts 1,048,576 bytes per MB, your limit is slightly on the safe side.
